Additional costs will be applicable for external window cleaning
Cleaning blinds will be an additional cost depending on how many and what type of materials there are.
Appliances other than oven cleaning will be extra cost
Aircon cleaning with filters will be an additional cost
Flea treatment on the carpet or pet fumigation will have extra cost depending on the number of rooms
Please note: For an unfurnished property lease, we require your property to be completely vacant and take all your belongings out of the property before our arrival. This process will make cleaning the property easier as removing furniture after cleaning will make the place dirty again. If your property is furnished lease, our cleaners will clean only the accessible area and will not be able to clean behind or underneath the furniture.
